Went to the doctor today. Baby looks great. Gavin went with me. We saw the baby. The sonographer put the US on 3D for a minute so Gavin could really tell what was going on. It was very cool!! Gavin loved it. He got his very own picture of his brother or sister. Baby is measuring great. 5lbs 13 oz. With 4.5 weeks left that puts the baby right around 8 lbs. A whole pound and a half lighter than Gavin was. At this point the doctor isn't planning on an early induction! That is a good thing for now! Check back with me on that one in two weeks. ;) Doctor also gave me some Ambien. I have had a terrible time falling and staying asleep! Thank god for some relief! I can't wait for a good nights rest tonight.
Weekend update...
MeMaw and PawPaw came down on Friday. They brought Keaton. Gavin was of course thrilled. They had a good time. Most of the time they shared and played nice. Saturday Gavin got a little territorial with his things. Keaton did a good job of being the "big" cousin! Here is a couple of pictures of the two of them...
After they left Jon and I almost finished up the paint, molding etc in the baby's room. On Sunday Gavin and I played in the front yard. He has a tent/tunnel thing that is a big hit! Check it out. Oh my Irises bloomed. How do you like those?
